I had the good fortune to spend time in Bali recently, attending a special ceremony (see photos), as well as experiencing the divine offerings in the form of flower bath rituals and other delights. Beauty and pleasure are all around and I would love to offer retreats there one day! In the meantime I will infuse my UK based retreats with the essence of Bali dreams! With Midsummer solstice already behind us, we can enjoy the magic of nature and our summer nights dreams. Can we harness the energy of summer for our own life and reconnect to pleasure and our dreams?
Looking forwards beyond summer, I am inspired to offer my Autumn Weekend Retreat on the theme of Listening to Our Hearts Song, delving into the stories found in Women Who Run With The Wolves, which will be supported with movement, expressive art and ritual.
